"No way." Dean took a deep breath and his hands were balled into fists. "If anyone's gonna bend over for Cas, it's me. End of debate."
"Dean - " said Cas.
"You too, Cas. Shut it. This is the only idea we've had for days. Let's do it. The birds and the bees. Let's –"
He faltered for a second, then grinned. It was that same brittle shit-eating grin Sam had seen him wear a million times since they were kids, his everything's-fine-Sam-what-are-you-talking-about grin.
This had all the makings of a hot mess.
Alternative version of what happens when Cas is cursed at the start of Season Eleven, now with added sex magic.

Summary
“Y’all are sweet,” she says, and nods to indicate him and Cas. “Is he your—are you all together?”
Dean’s still contemplating how to answer this without saying something offensive—he never has figured out a polite way to say “no homo”—when Cas answers for him. Cas doesn’t even look up from his plate, his mouth full of baklava and some stray flakes of phyllo dough sticking to his lips when he says, “Yes.”
Dean feels more than sees Sam go very still across the table, forkful of salad and grilled chicken poised in midair.

Summary
"Where's the angel?" Dean demands to the room at large.
He's prepared to level his shotgun at someone to get an answer, but he doesn't need to. A vampire, needle teeth extending reflexively as it scents the blood on Dean's forehead, lifts a shaky hand to jab at a spot in the center of the floor.
"Down," it whispers. "There."

“Dean. You have been overly affectionate towards me this morning,” Cas states with his brows pulled tight. Embarrassed, Dean pulls his socked foot back from he’d been teasing Cas’s ankle with it.
“What, a guy can’t show a little interest in his partner?”
“You do not appear to be interested in sex today.”
Dean feels a pit form in his stomach and he looks away briefly before forcing himself to meet Cas’s eyes. “I’ve been coming onto you all morning,” he argues.
“You haven’t smiled once while you did it.”

Summary
For Dean it had started during the drive, the glints of color at the corner of his eyes. Flashes of bone-white, blood-red, gone as soon as he looked. Things he couldn't quite see, skittering along the sides of the road. He might have pulled over to investigate, had it not been obvious that Sam wasn't seeing a thing.
When a witch curses Dean to remember Hell, really remember it, his distinction between reality and memory blurs, and it's up to Sam and Castiel to break the spell and somehow keep Dean from succumbing to hallucinations of his time there.
