Eleanor stubbed her own cigarette out on the windowsill, something that either Janice or Robin would probably yell at her for later. At least, would yell at her if they ever even noticed. Roselle doubted it. After, she went to take another out of the box, but was stopped when Roselle held her half-smoked cigarette out to her and said, “You can have it.”
When she took it, their hands brushed lightly.Eleanor looked away from Roselle to blow her smoke out the window after putting the cigarette in her mouth and never looked back.
