So Jesper had explained the whole story, of how every time he thinks of marriage he accidentally uses his powers to make a ring, and how Wylan doesn’t know any of this, and how until one of them proposed to the other, Jesper was simply doomed to accidentally make every metal object in his range an engagement ring because he wanted to marry Wylan so badly it was a little insane.

Summary
It's been a year and some change since Edwin stood on a step below Charles, bloody, beaten, green eyes sparkling, and told Charles that he was in love with him.
