"Grace Under Pressure" did not have a satisfactory conclusion - there were too many too many loose ends left dangling. Originally only meant to cover the steps needed to avoid 'the bends', plot happened. Suddenly there is blame, angst, and ultimately the discovery of the ACTUAL cause of the shuttle crash.

“You could take a later ferry,” Bond says. “I know some places still open for lunch around here.”
Q ceases rummaging through his laptop bag, idly nudging a zipper tab with a fingertip. Calais' off-season silence echoes around them and grates in Bond's ears. He's already expecting what the answer will be, and he doesn't know why he continues to bother asking.
“Bond...” Q catches his gaze for just a second longer this time, before ducking his head and tugging his seatbelt on with an affirming click. “The ferry terminal, please. I'll see you back in London tomorrow.”
Bond doesn't see Q when he returns to London the next day.
In which the Quartermaster is whisked across the continent near the roof of the world, and Bond's attempt to get him back leaves them hurt and stranded in the fabled mountains of the old silk road.

It starts off innocently enough. There’s a steaming mug of tea and a few digestives on a plate next to it when Q comes in early for work, like he always does. He glances around, confused by who put them there, fingers already reaching for the keyboard to check the security footage, before deciding against it and taking a tentative sip of his tea. A smile curls around his lips like the steam curls up from his mug. Perfect.

Since the next shop over closed down, Aziraphale's had a peaceful few months, barring those unpleasant interactions with the men in cheap suits who keep trying to persuade him to sell his shop. But now a (handsome) new owner has taken up residence beside him and, horror of horrors, he wants to open up a coffee shop.
