Summary
Summary: In an AU where Draco had his mission to kill Dumbledore, but not the Mark, and is nearly killed by Bellatrix and Voldemort for his failure, Narcissa insists that Theo take Draco and flee Britain so that they aren’t forced to take the Dark Mark and be killed. Hermione obliviated her parents only to return to Harry and Ron and got into a huge fight with them after getting the locket because she didn’t know how to destroy it. When Ron asked her, “Well then what good are you?” and Harry didn’t disagree with him, something inside Hermione finally snapped and she decided to leave the U.K. The Order could figure this out without her. She wished them luck, really she did, but she was taking the midnight Eurostar and going as far away as she could. Taking her seat, she discovers companions on the ride that she never expected to see.
