   Summary

   When Spencer Reid dies at the hands of an UnSub for the second time in his life, he expects it to be the end. However, one strange encounter with an unidentifiable entity later, and Spencer experiences the seemingly impossible; waking in his own body over a decade earlier, on the floor of Tobias Hankel's shack, with a head full of memories of events that haven't yet come to pass. Reeling from the displacement and desperate to change what's coming, Spencer confides in Aaron Hotchner, and hopes that together they can prevent the tragedies that Spencer already experienced once from coming to pass a second time.

   yo ts was absolutely life altering I'm not making this one private (I lowk private all my bookmarks)
   Holy fucking SHIT!!! bro I feel like I've been reborn
   I love Hotchreid so much and this was absolutely perfect in fueling my addiction im so normal

   But in all seriousness:

   I loved loved loved how the plot was thought out and executed logically (as logically as you can get with this type of thing LOL). I also appreciated that it was fed in small, bite-sized chapters that didn't make it feel overwhelming to read or hard to take a break.
   I have a hard time straying too far from canon-typical stories (like wildy different AUs), but this one was just the right mix of interesting turn-of-events and staying somewhat close to the original show. After avoiding this fic for like two days, I'm happy to say I finally started it and was hooked all day until the end.
