Gasping, Luz asked, “Ooh, flowers! What do you need flowers for?”
Amity squirmed uncomfortably under Luz’s gaze. As she tries to stammer something out, Luz holds up her index finger to her lips. “Wait, let me guess. For your abomination classes? Or… is there some Boiling Isles special occasion nobody told me about?! Hmm. OHH, is there somebody you like?!”
Looking back at Amity, it seemed like the other girl’s head was on the verge of exploding. The shopkeeper suddenly spoke up, throwing a glance at the green haired girl. “Girl wanted something for love. Veryyy particular about it. Now I know why.”
Luz gasped. “Aww, so there is somebody! You should tell me who!” She cooed. Watching Amity simply gape, she quickly added, “Or actually, if you’re not comfortable sharing that, then don’t feel pressured to.” Luz’s smile shrunk at the thought. Sighing, she said, “Whoever this person is, they are one lucky witch.”

Alternatively: Luz encounters Amity at the market by happenstance. Turns out, the witch was there getting flowers for her crush! Luckily, Luz knows the perfect place to pick the right one.

Summary
Luz invites Amity to a mystery date at the Owl House -- one that involves wearing swimsuits. (Un)fortunately for Amity, Lilith happens to be there, and considering that Lilith is the reason Amity realized she was attracted to women, seeing both her gay awakening and her current (very cute) girlfriend in swimsuits makes her a little bit of a mess. When she's with Luz, though, she knows everything is going to turn out okay.
And in the second chapter, Luz learns why Amity has been so tired lately.

The Oracle crystal ball was the first thing Luz saw as she woke up. Warm sunlight illuminated the small orb, reflecting lazily off its smudged glass. ‘Property of Hexside’ was stamped on the base in black ink. Just another detail the human had overlooked the night before. Slowly her memories of yesterday came back as she stared at the little crystal ball.
She opened her window and chucked it out as hard as she could.

A freak infestation has forced her family to evacuate the house and won't be able to return until the exterminators are done. After expressing her plight of being at the mercy of her pestering siblings, Luz offers Amity to stay over at the Owl House for the week. Amity accepts, but quickly learns the horror of living in the house with a wild witch and her crush. With each day filled with chaos and trouble that follows the Owl House gang, Amity gets unfortunately pulled into the crossfire. A disastrous week to be sure, but maybe this could also be the chance for Amity to finally tell Luz how she feels.
