"Hey, Till. Sua and I wanted to ask you something," Mizi began, and Till immediately focused his attention on her.
Sua looked at her girlfriend questioningly because she really didn't care about Till and her brother's relationship.
"Huh? Yeah?" the boy asked, his teal eyes widening.
"Would you tell us if you were dating someone?"
"Wh-what? Why are you asking that?" Till popped the straw into his mouth, laughing awkwardly and sipping his bubble tea, glancing to the side.
“Mizi thinks you and Ivan are together.” Sua blurted out, and Till started coughing, choking on his drink.
"Me and him!? T-together?" Till's face was completely red. "Did we...? Did I...? Do we look like this to you?"
“So is it a yes or no?” Mizi asked, not fully understanding whether this reaction was a confirmation or a denial.

Till has recently started behaving differently towards Ivan. Mizi noticed this and suspects that the boys had started dating each other secretly. When she asks Till about it, he panics and denies there's anything going on between him and Ivan, but the fact that they look like a couple to others makes him wonder if he and Ivan could actually become something more. -

Ivan ignored the voice, continuing to mush his face with his hands as he stared at his reflection in the water.
“I said, what are you doing?”
Ivan pulled too hard and winced. His cheek was still sore after Till punched it a few days ago. He didn’t know why, seeing as all he did was destroy a wreath of cameras that Till presented to him, but that was alright. He kind of liked how it felt.
“Hey!” A brown hand clamped around his wrist and yanked, forcing Ivan to pay attention to its owner. An older girl was frowning at him, her blue eyes (dull, nowhere near as bright as Till’s—) zeroing in on his face. “Are you hurt? Is that why you’re ignoring me?”
