Even if it meant being pawned off to another random group, or actor, or idol, and missing out on all these moments with Jongseong. Like that day on the beach, the food Jongseong always cooked for him, the takeout they ate in front of romcoms only Jungwon cared about. Do you remember?, and the answer always being yes.

"I guess." He's still not making eye contact with Jay. "I'm just sorry that you've been dragged into this mess." He snorts humourlessly. "And now you're gonna have to be attached to me for literal months."
"It won't be so bad," Jay says, shocked to find that he means it. "Considering," he puts on a brave face, "considering it's us, right?"
Jungwon looks up at that, face set in wariness. "Yeah," he says slowly, eyes scanning Jay's face. "Yeah, considering it's us."
Or: Jay quickly learns that there are worse things than being curse-bonded to your bandmate.
