Summary
Aaron loved Spencer very much. There weren't any doubts about it. However, even him was not really sure what they were supposed to be doing in a secluded area of a national park.
When Spencer had mentioned he'd be conducting field research, the older man should have asked more questions.

Summary
As usual, Reid had kept Hotch awake and alert with his endless chatter. Their relationship was settled and everyone knew they were an item, so the team had offered to let the lovebirds be.
But even Spencer got tired, and now he was dozing off in his seat. Aaron had gotten out of the car just to stretch his legs and see if there was movement to no avail.

Summary
Jack was giving hints for quite some time, before it all comes to a head when the boy was a bit sick and all his true feelings are finally revield.
***
“He was hinting on that for a long time, I should’ve realized.” Aaron shook his head, looking back at Reid. “How did that make you feel?”
“It’s just,” he watched as Hotch stood up, stepping closer to him. “I’ve never thought about being a dad, not with my genetics.” The man shrugged. “But when we started dating I knew I’d step into some kind of role. I love him so much and I feel so honored that he loves me that much.” He could feel the tears creeping in the corner of his eyes once again.Bookmarked by mrslady

Summary
Now, two months later, at exactly five seconds after the floorboard outside the bedroom door creaked, Spencer was wide awake.
He didn’t move at first. He lay there in the dark, listening to the quiet house. The digital clock on the nightstand cast a faint red glow across the wall. Aaron’s breathing beside him was deep and steady, the slow rhythm of someone who rarely slept enough but slept hard when he did.
Another creak. Softer.
Spencer’s heart started beating too fast. Not fear. Anticipation. He knew that sound. He had mapped this house in his head after the second week of staying over, cataloged the small noises it made. The loose board outside the hallway closet. The way the bathroom faucet dripped twice after being turned off. The hinge on Jack’s door that sighed if opened too quickly.
