He never took her again when she seemed to be too into the activity.
She eats her stack of pancakes with her claws and the waitress gets a tip of $120 for ignoring Betty in the corner. It's the nicest meal she's had since before she met Bruce Banner.

The aggravation had died out when Clint had asked if he could get Kate to bring some of her arrows as replacements. The ones that were here were used to kill the kid. Barney threw them out with a little wince that a few were those trick arrows his little brother crafted carefully. He can make new ones. He can learn how and make them with just as much care. Take them to his brother and try to weave a smile out of his face.
