But when Mike stumbles upon a cam model named 'Lee' who films in a room that looks suspiciously familiar, he realizes he doesn't know Will nearly as well as he thought. Summary
Will decided he’d rather slip away into himself and observe everyone else rather than verbally participate. Which is what he’d been doing, successfully, he might add, for several weeks now. He’d still give just enough in group settings so no one would notice his lack of contribution to the conversation. And when he thought about it, he preferred it this way. He didn’t need eyes on him all the time, and he didn't need to be the center of attention. He’d rather watch and listen to his friends than overpower them with his thoughts or feelings.
Spying made it sound like it was wrong. But, if he changed it to observing… that was something everyone did.
Will began observing everyone.
