Summary
Akutagawa nodded to himself, trying to convince himself how irrational he sounded. The truth was, he probably looked like a stray dog, pathetically waiting for its owner to notice it again. A lost and forgotten creature, unwanted and discarded.
That’s what he was, wasn’t he? No one wanted him. No one wanted the version of him that only Dazai had ever seen. He felt as though he had no chance. Dazai had always seen right through him, mocking him whenever he tried to mask his true feelings.
“I know you, Akutagawa. More than anyone else.” It was a statement that rang true, and Akutagawa could only acknowledge it. Dazai understood him better than anyone else ever could.

Summary
A slow, confident grin spread across Dazai’s face. This was his chance.
The bell above the door jingled as Dazai walked in, his presence unmistakable. Both Ryūnosuke and the customer turned to look at him. Dazai wore a confident, satisfied smirk, his eyes locked on Ryūnosuke’s. “Hey, Ryū,” he said, his voice laced with a playful charm. Ryūnosuke’s expression shifted from surprise to what seemed like relief.
“Osamu,” Ryūnosuke breathed out, his voice laden with mixed emotions. Dazai felt a wave of warmth at the sound of his name, his heart beating a tad faster

Akutagawa huffed at the absurdity of the question, feeling his anger boiling over. "I don't need your—"
Dazai tightened his grip, pulling harder. "Just because I left the mafia doesn't mean you don't belong to me. You'll always be my possession, understood?" Akutagawa stared at him in utter surprise, unable to tell if Dazai was serious or not. The mix of emotions, from disbelief to rage, churned within him, leaving him speechless and conflicted.

Summary
Akutagawa cocked his head, echoing the weretiger's words with deliberate slowness. "So, Dazai-san wants me to... come over and look after him?" he questioned, his tone tinged with disbelief. Atsushi chuckled nervously over the phone. "Y-yeah. But you don't have to if you're—"
"I'll come."
(Or: Dazai, bedridden and sick, wants Akutagawa to take care of him.)

Summary
"He's mine for today. Leave," Atsushi asserted with a possessive tone.
Dazai's eyes widened for a brief moment, a flicker of surprise crossing his features before seamlessly transforming into a self-assured smirk. "Ah, so greedy. But I've had my fill of amusement; he's all yours!" he declared, effortlessly propping himself up with a languid grace.
(or: Dazai and Atsushi have grown quite possessive of Akutagawa after he came back)
