Summary
The decision had been one that had snapped into existence quicker than most, leaving Henry to lock the door with a hand that, to the naked eye, may not have seemed to be shaking, but his insides thrummed with an energy that was uncontainable. Only releasing when his mouth touched back to Hans’, expelling out into the other’s body as he clutched at his back and walked him, as softly as he could muster so that Hans might not fly away like a startled animal, to the bed.

The room in Suchdol would remain in Henry's mind for a long time afterwards, a reliquary that he might tuck into clothing. Something his thumb would rub over when he needing uplifting, as he held no one higher than Hans Capon.
