Technically clients were the ones who were in control, if Paslee wanted to go another round, really wanted to, then he would be able to add another few hours to their time right now. But as soon as Finnick left the rooms of his clients he was granted a period of rest, one he needed now more than anything.
There are red scratches all over his back proving just how rough his client had been, his joints would probably start aching the second he laid down tonight. The second he goes out that door the drugs will most likely wear off, the ones that helped him to dissociate, just like the client had ordered. Because he knew how young Finnick was and he didn't want that to ruin his experience, the one he had paid for.
