In all fairness, it was the easiest place they could get a free hotel. Hard to say no to the guy who saved your kid, huh? ...Its too bad they're being dragged into a pool of guilt so deep it doesn't seem very possible to escape this time. They'd blame someone else, for making them feel so awful, but really, who was there to blame other than themself? Everything was their fault in the end, they knew this, they just couldn't stomach the truth.

A shuffle. Ze's jacket sleeve peeks out from the darkness, his middle finger pointed up. "Can you see this?"
"Oh fuck you. Real mature." Regect bristles.
