Summary
The war is over, but its reckoning has only begun.
Raised in the Muggle world Fae Miller lives in a magical society eager to rebuild—and even more eager to declare the past resolved after the end of the second war against Voldemort. As a former Auror trusted by the new Minister, she is appointed Warden of Azkaban, charged with turning a symbol of fear into one of accountability and overseeing the prison’s transformation after the removal of the Dementors.
What begins as reform quickly exposes fractures: prison records which do not align, sentences which resist explanation, and judicial decisions which seem to echo far beyond Azkaban itself. The deeper she investigates, the clearer it becomes the corruption she has uncovered is systemic.
At the same time, Fae is forced to confront the parts of herself still unexplained: abilities which made her childhood unbearable, truths reaching her without being sought until she learned to protect herself, and the mysterious connection to a certain blond wizard—present since one fateful night, or so she believes.
Rebuilding a world requires more than good intentions. It requires asking who benefited when no one was watching.

Summary
Post-war adulthood is a scam. Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley are married, and it’s… not great. The kind of unhappy that sneaks up on you.
Meanwhile, Hermione’s closest people are somehow Draco and his wife Astoria. Yes, really. They’re sharp, supportive, and a little too good at calling her out. Lines blur. Boundaries get fuzzy.
Then comes one night that absolutely should not have happened. No planning. No excuses. Just fire-whisky and impulse. And the worst possible fallout—Hermione is pregnant, and the father is Lucius Malfoy.
After that? Everything cracks. Marriages strain. Friendships get tested. Old power dynamics crawl back into the light. Hermione is forced to make choices that don’t come with easy answers.
This is messy chaos with long conversations, bad decisions, and consequences that refuse to stay quiet. Slow burn. Long fic. And yes... later chapters will be explicit.
Plot’s still evolving, so the description will probably shift as I write, but this is the little plot bunny I’m chasing for now. :)

The adults are working on their many plans. Remus is hunting for answers in Godric's Hollow. Lucius to swaying the Wizengamot to his side, Narcissa is on the hunt for a Dark Lord, and Severus is just trying to prevent a repeat of last year at Hogwarts.
