Summary
Jason makes his way back to Gotham about a year after his big fight with Bruce. He hunkers down in a new apartment, staying as far under the radar as possible to avoid any contact with the Bats- who would probably throw him in Arkham the first chance they got.
If only that were his only problem. On top of staying out of the attention of the most paranoid people on the planet, Jason is trying to find a way to undo a stupid spell that has left him in a rather strange state.
Returning to Gotham is probably up there in the stupidest decisions he's ever made, but it's his home too. As long as he lays low, doesn't rebuild his criminal empire, and keeps to himself, there shouldn't be any reason for the Bats to bother him.
Dick Grayson has lost Jason twice now. There won't be a third.

While Jason is not hiding his designation per se, he is in no way shape or form telling people about it. There is only around five people in the world that he has personally told his designation, but with a family of world renowned detectives, you can't blame him for assuming they know, right?

Dick is very in sync with his Alpha, thank you very much. Never you mind that said Alpha is confused as fuck and desperately obsessed with his Alpha little brother, to the point of obsessively stalking him or initiating a sort of but not really mating run with him. Everything is fine, Dick has everything under control, truly!

Roy may or may not have planted in Jaybird's head the idea of making his nest in Dick's den as "retaliation". If this works, Dick owes him so fucking much. Pining fools, the both of them.
