“Angel. You can't be serious,” Crowley mumbled, looking from their hands then away from him. He began taking a deep breath, and tryed to count to ten. He was going to try his best to not lose his temper in the middle of the restaurant.
“I am completely serious, my dear,” Aziraphale spoke calmly, his voice never wavering. “I have thought about it, and I think it would be quite the adventure for us. We have accomplished numerous victories during our time together. This would be the – I think humans call it – the endgame.” Aziraphale beamed, excited as ever, literally wiggling in his seat. Crowley grumbled again, but turned his hand to rub his thumb over the back of the angel's hand.

Summary

Eddie dropped the needle, the player crackled a bit before soft swing music filtered into the room. She grinned, a little crookedly. He plopped onto the bed next to her, sprawled in a relaxed juxtaposition to her straight back and crossed legs.
“Where do you wanna start?” He asked, grinning with sharp teeth.
She took a deep breath to settle her wildly beating heart. “Uh…” she uncrossed her legs and braced her hands on her knees, halfway to standing up. “Some of it’s pretty boring, like jeans and stuff.” She kneeled on the ground and started sifting through the bags where she knew the standard stuff was.
“I still want to see!” Eddie shifted to his stomach, ankles crossing as he rested his head on his knuckles. “I want to see it all! This is so exciting for me. I’ve only ever seen you in your silly little polos and Nancy’s hand-me-downs.”
