Summary
Soobin works through his heats. He always has, and thinks he probably always will, if he doesn't want to risk his idol career—until a health scare puts him clean off of the industrial-strength suppressants he's been using.
The cure, according to Soobin's doctor, is to let his body ride out a natural heat at least twice a year. The problem, according to Soobin, is that he hasn't ridden out a natural heat since he presented, and that he's scared shitless to do it. The pack assures him that they have it covered.
All he has to do is trust them. When it comes down to it, it's an easy choice to make.

Summary
He wore sleeveless tops around the dorms and practice rooms, arms on full display. He leaned in so close that even Soobin's useless beta nose could pick up the spicy musk that lingered when he was freshly back from the gym, murmuring quiet words to Soobin about washing up and cooking dinner. He invited Soobin out on walks and talked to him sincerely, asking about his troubles, not knowing that Soobin's troubles mostly came down to how he spent the whole time daydreaming unrealistic fantasies of Taehyun pinning him against the wall of the nearby convenience store and ravishing him like Soobin was an omega in heat.
It was getting to a point where it was just ridiculous.

“I’m way better than you, hyung,” Soobin scoffs, the menthol burning inside his nostrils and making him nauseous. His nose tries to pick up the peppermint, but Yeonjun keeps sending all the smoke in his way and Soobin is getting antsy at the lack of Yeonjun scent to cling to. “That I’m sure of.”
Soobin knows that Yeonjun wants nothing to do with him, but he still can't help coming back for the alpha whenever he needs an escape from reality.
