Summary
As he fell, he saw a grand aerial view of the Battle of Clemency. A ravaging storm of Cybertronian bodies and fluid and debris. The grand ugliness of it all. He raised his head and looked straight ahead of him. He saw the sunrise of Clemency reduced to a thin stack of hues. Above, the empty grey sky of sun-devoid atmosphere; below, absolute mayhem.
How ironic is it that the most gorgeous view Fulcrum had ever seen in his relatively short life was then, from this position at halfway down?
'Primus, what a short life', he thought. And then, of all things, 'I never even decided on a favorite color.'
He stared into that stacked streamline of a horizon until he picked out something. Something bright and happy and opposite to the drab life that he lived, a tiny spark in a pan that will be extinguished in a field of dirt. Magenta. Fuschia. Carmine. Salmonberry. The dark residue of dried energon. That's it. At least now he knew.
He hit the ground with the color behind his opitcs, a taste of something foreign and sweet and tart deep within his throat.

And every time they fuck - every time Ogata crawls onto his bedroll, slipping silent beneath the furs, finger pressed to his lips, though Asirpa sleeps like the dead, and Shiraishi like something beyond dead - the part of Kiroranke not subsumed by pursuit his own pleasure wonders whether Ogata is doing this in service of that outcome. Offering himself up as a consumable, to be used at Kiroranke's whim, so that he becomes accustomed to it, would rather not go without it.

Misfire replied with a chuff of his vents, his own almost-warm fingers tweaking the jutting edges of Fulcrum's hips idly, before he slid his hands upwards, palming the sides of Fulcrum's abdomen, his thumbs dipping down into the breaks of layered plating roughly, testing their give.
"Do you want to open him up, or can I get on with it?"
