Summary
Kakavasha’s remaining days are thinning out.
Snow that burns through skin, wind that grazes the eyes… And a single persimmon hanging alone on the tree displays in front of his vision. The blinds of the window are completely open today. The more he stares outside the window, the more he sinks himself into depression. He’s given up all hope for himself and his outlook in life is more cynical than the average cynical person.
But… For some odd reason, he always smiles. And it leaves the doctors feeling unsettled. There’s obviously something wrong with him. He is so certain that once the persimmon falls from that tree, he’ll croak. The bucket will be kicked. With such concerning behavior, the hospital can only do one thing, and that is to ask the infamous Dr. Ratio to take care of this patient.
TLDR; Aventurine (Kakavasha) is a suspiciously behaved patient staying at the hospital and Ratio is in charge of taking care of him.

"Doc," he gasped out, squirming when Ratio's hands pinched at his nipple, his hand covering almost the entire expanse of his chest. "Ratio, slow down, I can't–"

That was all it took to push Aventurine over the edge, crying out Ratio's name, shuddering through his release, tears spilling as he rode out his orgasm, as Ratio held him through it, peppering kisses along his face, kissing away his tears.
Aventurine choked on a sob, eyes fluttering open, his breath stuttering as he came back to his senses; the dampness on his hand, the tears that had slid from his eyes to the pillow, and the crumpled sheets under him.
Humiliating, Aventurine thought, as he shuffled out of his bed, stumbling to the bathroom to clean up the mess in his pants. How filthy, and disgusting, and perverted.
