He remembers, too, the first time he met Alex. The way the floor seemed to slide from beneath him as Hunter shone from the face of a teenager. He’d realised the story of Hunter wasn’t over, the ink that penned it flowing through the veins of the boy before him.
After Alex sees the footage of his father in Julia Rothman’s office, Yassen shares one of John Rider’s traditions with him, and the two talk.
