Both the fansong and this fanfic take place Pre-Voltron, before the series. This takes place a few weeks before they leave Earth on the Blue Lion.Lance can't sleep. His thoughts wont die down to let him. It's been seven months since Keith had been expelled from the Garrison. After seven months of trying not to think about him, trying to ignore thoughts and push aside those emotions, Lance can't keep it in anymore.
