Jaime loses, in no particular order: a gorget, an argument, a horse, a fight, and Selwyn of Tarth's respect for guests.
(He loses his heart too, but he's okay with that.)

Summary
Jaime knows he could win Brienne's heart if he just had more time with her.
Uninterrupted time, in her comfort zone, away from prying eyes, where no one causes her to doubt her worth or Jaime's devotion, for like, weeks at a time.
Is that too much to ask for?

Summary
He turned his head, movements stilling at the odd sight that welcomed his gaze. Right on one of the middle shelves of the tall bookshelf that was pressed to the far right wall of their living room, a lamp was…inverted. It looked as if it had been spelled to stand upright on the wrong side of it, the finial switching sides with the base. It wouldn’t have looked that odd—especially on a magical home such as theirs—except for the fact that it had started vibrating.
Written for Flourish and Blott's All Hallows' Eve Fest. (Prompt: One day when sitting on the couch, Character A notices that the lamp doesn't look so normal anymore.)

Hermione Granger.
*** I do not support any group that condones bully/bashing of Authors or their stories within their spaces. Fanfiction is free emotional labor, time, creativity, ect. Because of that, the way readers need to approach leaving feedback is different. We must be kind and supportive, or simply scroll on. Harmony spaces have been especially toxic to authors and as a shipping community we need to take a stand against such behavior. ***

"We're not supposed to be able to do that."
"What?"
"Use each other's wands so well... Didn't Ollivander tell you something along those lines when you bought your wand? How many others did you have to try before you found the one that worked right for you?"
"Quite a few. He said that 'the wand chooses the wizard.'"
"Or witch. But exactly, Harry. So why is it that our wands don't distinguish between the two of us?"
