"What do you mean you guess?" She asks incredulously, already up, grabbing her equipment. "How the hell did you get shot inside a burning building!?"

Blake leans forward, head resting on her hand. That dress teasing her, just shy of showing off the lace underneath. "You know you just ordered a salad right?"
Yang physically winces, it's not that she hates greens, she'd just prefer meat. "I think I should watch my weight."
Blake's eyes darken, an absolutely sinful smirk slipping across her lips, "I think, you should fuel up for what I have planned tonight." She practically purrs, free hand tracing aimless patterns on Yang's skin.
It's electric, it's torture, and she needs more. "Blake," Her own voice dips, she can feel Blake's finger pause for only a moment, "you know you're driving me crazy right?"
There's a breathy laugh from across the table, "Oh, I know exactly what I'm doing." And then she's leaning forward again, head tilting and there's so much skin that Yang's desperate to touch, to run her lips across, to absolutely ruin.
"There's no way I'm making it through this dinner." She huffs, slouching in her chair.

They’d kissed before, but not like this. The softness was familiar, but there was this pushing-- the way Yang kissed her had this deep hunger to it that seemed to draw Blake in, make her even more desperate for her partner. For every touch, every breath, everything she could get. She needed it, and she needed it more than air or water. Yang made a little sound against her lips, a quiet little, ‘nnh,’ Blake had never heard before.
Something in her chest shuddered, burned like the heart of a star. It seemed to melt everything in Blake, curling around her bones and her skin, boiling hot and filled with the golden heat. She needed action, needed to move, needed...friction.
Her fingers fisted in Yang’s collar, and she pressed down with her hips and rocked forward.
In which sleepy cuddles after a training session in Atlas's simulators turn less-than-innocent when Blake's sleep-addled mind gets the better of her. It's not her fault Yang's abs are so sinfully perfect, or that her heart won't stop pounding every time she looks into her eyes.
