Summary
Twice a year, an Omega goes into their estrus cycle, more commonly known as their heat. For the average unbonded Omega, this is a week of just sheer overloading frustration and exhaustion, of being filled with a painful amount of need and no way to release it whatsoever.
For Midoriya, it's the first day of his heat cycle, ready to take him out of commission for the next lonely week of trying to focus on anything besides an unfulfilled desire and longing for a certain someone. How nice for him, that Iida is such a responsible class representative, first willing to make sure Midoriya is able to get the notes for the daily class and then, when presented with a very _specific_ problem, a chance to offer a solution to at least keep Midoriya stable and not crawling up the walls in thirst.
Maybe in a week, they'll be able to figure out what they mean to each other. Or at least try and not give each other mild panic attacks over birth control, fights with friends, and homework in between bonding.

Summary
Now left alone with just him and his boyfriend awake, Shouto's mind easily began to wander to what he had planned to do to Izuku before he turned around that alley corner.
“I’m cold,” Shouto announced randomly, causing Izuku to look over at him, bewildered.
“Shouto,” Izuku said quietly yet pointedly, knowing very well what he had in mind, “you don’t get cold. You have a temperature quirk.”
Shouto blinked owlishly at his boyfriend before he deadpanned the fakest cough he could muster. "I’m so freezing, I might catch a cold. Your bed looks warm."
Izuku let out a light-hearted sigh and Shouto knew that, as expected, his boyfriend needed very little convincing. With a light smirk, he quickly threw his blanket off of himself and shuffled over to Izuku's bed.

After their run-in with the Hero Killer, the young heroes-in-training just finished getting treated and scolded at the hospital when Iida abruptly requests a room change in the middle of the night.Alternative summary: Iida tries to avoid trauma and cockblocking Shouto and Izuku. Izuku does it for him (because he has “decorum”). Shouto rebels.
