Summary
Adam's army of exorcists has been defeated, and things begin to return to what Hell's denizens consider normal.
Charlie wishes she could say the same. She struggles to enjoy her victory and focuses on the loses as they shook her to her core and, it seems, permanently changed her in a way she does not like. Her personality and confidence are greatly dimmed by her losses, and as she questions many things about mortality and eternal life she has, she is nowhere near prepared to present her project and milestones to the public eye. Which is waiting for the right time to strike at her.
As she realises that she needs a new approach to redemption and a more profound understanding of philosophical and theological topics, as well as a mindset change and return to herself, she is ready to do just about anything to finally understand, including going where she has never been and doing things she never thought she would do.
She is too busy to notice that someone else is not doing well.
