Summary
A fully fledged 22-episode rewrite - the same overall season arc, but very different individual episodes, character arcs, more character development, etc. All the things we wanted to see in Season 2 and which we didn't get - and keeping all the stuff we did like! This is about as shippy as the season 1 of the show, which means that there are plenty of moments for each and every ship you hope to see, but it's primarily gen.

Summary
I moved the X-men characters forward in time to see how differences in time and in particular norms would affect them. Charles Xavier and Erik Lehnsherr are instead young men in 2015 (30 somethings). Charles Xavier Roosevelt's mother teaches drama and English at a prep school and has an extended family network, who all want Charles to run for office and follow in their great-grandfather's footsteps. Charles meanwhile wants to be a scientist and also start a school. Erik Ubutare survived the Rwandan Genocide, and got raised in a far more robust UN system and became a UN human rights researcher (basically his job is to look into allegations of crimes against humanity). He keeps coming across personal and political horrors, including a growing anti-mutant movement that leads him (and Charles) to take drastic measures.

Summary
Mr. Presto was only one of the ways that Presteign could control the family image, the Presteign brand, but it was one of the most effective. The optics were everything. Blood and breeding alone certainly hadn't been enough, the Presteign blood diluted and warped. The legitimate article could not compare to the framed painting brought to life. There were scores of prints of Mr. Presto rendered in three-dimensional flesh. They were each a living and breathing copy of the original.
