“Jax!” She shrieks, chest heaving with ten adventures worth of pent-up rage. “You’re doing it again!”
His head ticks slightly to the side, and he mumbles, “Doing what?”
“That!”
“That?”
“This!”
“This,” he repeats, and Ragatha is slowly starting to believe that there’s something severely wrong with him in the head.
Ragatha is tired and Jax makes everything worse, as he does with most things.
Only this time, it's completely out of line with his character.

Rin’s memory of what Barou had said to them that one time is hazy; he didn’t understand it then, and he fails to see the point now.
Exasperatedly, he sighs. “I don’t get it.”
“You see, if you’re mad, then I’m mad, too. If you’re pissed off, then I’m pissed off, too. If you’re happy—if you’re even capable of that—then I’m happy, too. And if you’re hurt…”
Isagi trails off, the faintest hint of pink dusting his cheeks. “Well, I’m hurt, too.”
Isagi finds Rin in the midst of a zombie apocalypse.

“Those’re just rumors,” Till scoffs, and the girl tilts her head condescendingly. “We aren’t even friends.”
“Then what’s with the video?”
“It was a game.”
“Why do you sit with him at lunch everyday?”
“He made me.”
“Why does he follow you around everywhere?”
Till falls silent, then grits out, “To hell if I know.”
“Oh,” the girl’s eyes twinkle, smiling wickedly at him, “he’s obsessed.”
An embarassing video of Till gets leaked, and soon he finds himself on the radar of a very annoying athlete.

“You barely touched me, sir,” he whispers, the chains of his handcuffs rattling as he brushes up against the front of Till’s uniform shirt. “How do you know I’m not hiding a lighter in my pocket? Or a match? Shouldn’t you check me more thoroughly?”
“I—” Till shoots a quick glance to the side, where the other officer, thankfully, is busy ushering the last inmate down the hall, and glares back in Ivan’s direction. “I know what I felt. Don’t tell me what to do, inmate.”
“So cold,” the guy has the nerve to pout. “My name’s Ivan, sir. Ivan.”
An arsonist is caught and admitted into prison. Till just so happens to be there.

“Ah!! T- Teru-oniichan is– is—!”
Out of nowhere, Kou drags Tiara back by a hand clamped over her mouth. They struggle, Tiara flailing her legs and squealing, while Kou laughs awkwardly at the scene they’d just interrupted without so much as breaking a sweat.
“Sorry about that, nii-chan, Aoi-senpai!! Our Princess is a little, uh, excited to see you guys! Yeah! Don’t mind her, we’ll finish setting the table right now—“
“—gay?!”
“Princess!” Kou’s face falls, horrified. “Y-you can’t just say that to people!”
Mortified, Akane whips his head around to Teru and whispers, “How does she know that?”
Teru, equally lost, just smiles. “I have no idea.”
When Teru invites Akane over for dinner on Christmas night, Akane faces a whole new range of emotions he isn’t quite sure how to deal with.
