Usually, when you’re seventeen and repressed as hell and undeniably weird about the fact that you’re made of flesh that bleeds the same as the rest of the world, it goes something like, “Oi, why the fuck are you wearing my clothes?”
Todoroki blinks. Steps back like Katsuki is going to lunge for his delicate throat next. He might, honestly. But only because it’s—it’s fucking indecent, is what it is. Todoroki’s bare neck, Katsuki’s shirt practically slipping off one shoulder because it’s worn and already a little big on him. He needs—needs to mark his fucking territory. To claim Todoroki’s pink lips and go from there. Maybe take everything but the stupid shirt off him, and then enjoy the view somewhere private.
“Because I like it,” Todoroki says.
Or: Todoroki wears one of his shirts like it's perfectly normal, and Bakugou is Totally (not) Chill.

Summary
When Todoroki Shouto was born, Endeavor wasn't the only elated one. Unbeknownst to the family, the Hero Public Safety Commission had keen interest in the boy born with chimerism and seemingly two quirks. All they had to do was wait for the perfect opportunity to take a closer look at the boy after his quirk awakened.
The opportunity turned out to be the night that Todoroki Rei poured boiling water on her own son during a mental breakdown.

In his humble (and obviously always correct) opinion, Katsuki has the best boyfriend. Since this is undebatable and unquestionably objectively true and he is fully prepared to explode people’s faces off if they disagree (which they would have to be really fucking tasteless to) he doesn’t see a need to explain himself when he puts his foot down. “No,” he says. “You’re not doing it.”
“But Katsuki—,”
“No.”
“Katsuki,” Shouto says. Drags the word out. And—yep, there’s his stupid cute pout. “It’s for a good cause.”
“No,” Katsuki repeats, but he can feel his questionable resolve wavering. “Shou, baby. You can’t do this to me. The general Japanese public is not allowed to know how cute you are. They’re going to descend like vultures.”
Or: Shouto has to do a charity photo shoot. With fluffy animals. For obvious reasons, Katsuki voices his disagreement.

Katsuki fights back a mirthless laugh. Just need you to love me, he thinks. Just you. But you don’t, do you? You don’t love me, pretty boy, and it hurts just enough to die from it.
Or: Todoroki doesn't think he can love. Katsuki, even dying, makes a point to disabuse him of that notion.
