Summary
Forced out of his home in one of the worst ways possible, Kai's luck turns around after he finds a post of three demi-humans looking for a fourth roommate.
Of course, he moves in, but in less than a week, Kai finds himself entangled in a friends with benefits relationship with his new roommates. A status that slowly evolves into something more.

Summary
Transported to another dimension so different but also uncannily similar to his own, Cole has to try and find a way home. Along the way, he ends up meeting the alternate versions of him and his friends and family on chance, and it isn't until they continue crossing paths that he realizes they were meant to meet. They might be able to help him get home.

TLDR: S!Cole is an adult while the other are teenagers that he accidentally adopts and gets adopted by. The teens later view him as a trusted adult/sibling figure in their lives, and he finds solace in them. -

Summary
Barely a day since he transferred schools, and already he's got in a fight. And despite the principal agreeing that it was for good reason, he still has to be punished for it.
He expected suspension, maybe some lecturing or another strike. Not... well, no one thinks going to an old mans ranch is ever an option, yet here he is. About to spend the next 3 months on a ranch.
Not to mention he's forced to go there while pining over the three people he'll be sharing a room with who also happen to already be in a relationship with each other already.

Kai had possibly some of the worst luck.
As if him being a college dropout earning less than minimum wage wasn't enough, he got kicked out of his apartment.
Now, he had to figure out a way to survive with what little he had before he got himself murdered in an alleyway.Or, he was about to, before he was suddenly given a golden opportunity by some mysterious, old guy with an endless tea supply.
I guess his luck isn't as terrible as he thought.
i.e. Kai moves into a shared house with 3 other guys, all of whom are hybrids, and all of whom are incredibly attractive. How exactly was he supposed to behave as a 'responsible' adult when they could have some fun?
