Summary
An imp and a royal struggle to figure out their complex relationship while outside agendas are put into motion. A hellhound attempts to find herself in the wide world of Hell, confronting her past and accepting the future she desires. Two married imps confront family, expectations, and hatred in order to find a semblance of happiness in the chaos of hell. And when death rocks the makeshift family, all must navigate their lives in the wake of their tragedy. Between Death and Resurrection follows multiple perspectives featuring interwoven and interlocking stories from the main cast of Helluva Boss and from a few characters of Hazbin Hotel. The story is broken up into sixteen distinct parts, each progressing the narrative of each set of characters. Follow Blitzø, Stolas, Loona, Millie and Moxxie, Octavia, and Paimon as they navigate their chaos infused lives in Hell.
Canon divergent post Season 2, episode 1 "The Circus," though elements of canon are interwoven with the plot to help it feel more grounded in the Helluva Boss we all know and love. The story is quite heavy on the emotions, but it does have a happy resolution. Dive into Between Death and Resurrection and experience a new take on the current canon.
