The only time he was pain-free was when he was deep in the mire of his subconscious, where he could be twelve years old again, cancer such a foreign concept that he didn’t even really know what it was.

    I'm going to be as blunt as possible. What you see is what you get.
    Dipper finds a suspicious Taco Bell in the forest and orders a taco, but before he can finish it, he gets diarrhea and goes to the bathroom. However, he gets aroused by his various bodily fluids and begins masturbating. In the process, he accidentally bites off his own penis and dies. Mabel finds his corpse in the bathroom and violates it, but a Taco Bell employee dismembers her alive before killing her with a stab to the heart and using the knife to do some generally awful things to her. The story ends with Soos coming to buy a taco, and the implication is that the tacos are made of human meat.
