Summary
Almost two weeks after the Inversion have passed, and Milo and Sweetheart are struggling. Milo is suffering from the physical and mental consequences of his sacrifice, fretting over his health and future with the pack. Meanwhile, Sweetheart is trying hard to manage caring for Milo, working their intense caseload at D.U.M.P., and processing their own trauma from the Inversion, all while somehow keeping Milo’s true condition a secret. David and Angel decide it’s time for an alpha house call to remind their packmates it’s okay to ask for and to accept help.

Summary
While attending an event meant to inform D.A.M.N. students about potential career paths, a very bored Gavin happens to notice a shifter who, unlike the rest of the audience, is not enjoying the lecture. At all. In fact, the shifter's whole emotional response is intense, complex, and pretty negative. Interest piqued, Gavin decides to do a little investigating of his own and strikes up a conversation with the feisty stranger. In the process, both Gavin and Milo get a little more insight into their respective relationships.
