Rui Kamishiro. Not the most ordinary jellyfish in the sea, considering his eccentric personality (and not including the fact that he only has half the amount of tentacles any other jellyfish has, and a pair of human person legs).
Though, his life is rather boring, and not to his liking in the slightest bit. A shame there isn't an easy way to make life more exciting... Like, let's say, going to the surface?
Ah, but it's a crazy idea to go up there, and he could be hunted by the human people! Surely, Rui, THE Rui Kamishiro would know better than to put himself in danger like that...

The pink haired girl settles and stops her laughter, she sighs and leans against Rui’s shoulder, “You know, I never got to properly thank you.”
“Hm?” Rui hums, looking down at her. He shifts his shoulder and it lets her get comfier.
“During the cultural festival. You said you were ‘wishing for my happiness’ or something like that.”
“I was wishing ‘for your heart to be protected’.” Rui corrects, Mizuki rolls her eyes jokingly, clicking her tongue.

“Aha! I see, I see- Wait... You have a gashadokuro as your companion?” The blond practically yells, running up to Rui and meeting wide eye to wide eye.
“That is what I said.” The gashadokuro tamer deadpans, “yes.” He adds on after a short pause, an extra bit of clarification.
Tsukasa shoots upright and brings a hand to his chin and mumbles as he tries to reason all the possibilities a human boy would have possibly needed to and furthermore have been able to have a gashadokuro companion.

Emu huffs, her round cheeks puffing out as her hands ball up into fists and find themselves planted on her hips, “That’s besides the point!” She cries, her attempts at looking angry just come out as looking cute.
“Of course, of course,” Nene giggles, voices lowering to a gentle whisper, “Where were you going with this again?” She asks, trying to mask her confusion with a sweet smile, her hand reaching out to pick up the controller laying on the ground.
“I think we should try and get them together!” She claims proudly, shooting up to her feet with a triumphant pose, and mischievous glimmer in her bubblegum eyes.

He turns and squints, faintly making out what appears to be a shard of glass. He takes a moment to collect his thoughts, looking side to side before taking small steps forward, lest someone was nearby.
The sand he’s kicked up eventually settles back where it belongs and it’s then he realizes he’s been staring at the shard for too long.
He kneels down, lifting his hand out to reach for the object, before his eyes widen.
On it, a boy; maybe his age; is displayed, and he’s crying. Rui furrows his brows and resumes picking up the shard with a quickened pace.
