Summary
Thunder booming overhead, rain pouring down in sheets. A disheveled form could be seen crawling and scraping itself out of the bowels of the place that was very near its grave. Making its way free, a scant few hours after the events of ones chasing the scattered remnants of the light made manifest. One so detestable and oh so envious of that he could not have, of what SHOULD have been his. We see a lupine figure, emaciated and bloodied. Blood mixing with the sweat and tears streaming down his body in rivulets, huffing and puffing in what can only be described as a mix of anger, rage, exertion and the new body’s need to expel air in ragged breaths when exhausted. Unfortunately this child survived where one very similar to him did not, and I suppose that means he is destined for something else. No matter, one such as him will not find happiness for long.

She played softly, fingers gliding over the ancient keys of the piano the Room had conjured — her mother’s salon, reborn in flickering candlelight. Notes drifted through the air like smoke, curling around the dark figure in the armchair behind her.
Tom Riddle sat with one leg crossed, firewhisky in one hand, a lit cigar in the other. He watched her through the haze, silent, as if trying to memorize every gesture, every sound.
