The judo throws had become routine for them. Arriving home after a stressful day and being unable to sleep due to adrenaline, in Lucy's case, and worry about disappointment, for Tim, had impacted a single day of work. This was when Lucy suggested the nightly workout.
And it worked! They got a good hour of cardio, a healthy dinner, and sexy time, which was enough for Lucy to turn off her mind for the night and for Tim to be able to sleep his worries away.
