Summary
The first time they sleep together, in Rome, Crowley tells himself that it doesn't mean anything, and besides, it won't happen again. Or, several times they didn't talk about it, and one time they (sort of) did.

Summary
“I’m surprised you found time to come get me, what with your new all-important duties. How’s that going, by the way? Managed to reform Heaven yet?”
“I’m sure I’d have gotten more done by now,” Aziraphale said snippily, “if I hadn’t had to come here and rescue you.”
Crowley nodded sagely.
“You foiled my grand plan. I got myself trapped in a magic circle purely to inconvenience you."
In which Crowley is fine, and very much not in need of rescuing, and Aziraphale is fine, and very definitely not doing the Arch-Angelic equivalent of stalking your ex on Instagram.

Summary
"Now we're retired?" Aziraphale raised his head from his desk, where he had been carefully reapplying the false end-bands of a particularly foxed copy of Peter Pan in Kensington Gardens. It was just like Crowley to arrive in the middle of a delicate piece of work and carry on as if they were already halfway through a conversation. "My dear boy, I'm not retired. I couldn't possibly retire. I have far much to do. For a start, my tax return is due soon."
