Somebody online said "What if the reason Francesca can't say Michaela's name is because she heard a woman scream it in pleasure." and I haven't been able to stop thinking about it.

Just as I was about to open the door to the music room, I heard a sound from the drawing room across the hall. I was about to ignore it but I heard it again, louder than before.
Coming closer to the door, I could see the flicker of candlelight under the door frame and the noises grew even louder, almost like a whining sound. Brief worry flooded me that someone might be hurt and without thinking I pushed the door open.
What I saw froze me on the spot.
Michaela, her chemise falling off her shoulder on top of a stark naked woman. Her fingers were buried deep in the woman, her lips on the woman’s breast.
