Shouto hummed, shoving down the flip in his stomach at the idea of Midoriya thinking of him, wanting to talk to him. “Yeah. We talked on the phone last night. He’s really excited, I think.”
Shouto was excited, too—so excited, he felt like he was going to vibrate out of his own skin every now and again, every waking thought consumed by the idea of Midoriya coming home, Midoriya back in Japan, Midoriya’s hands, his hair, his smile, just Midoriya, Midoriya, Midoriya.
