Patroclus takes pause. He has spent gods' know how long postulating what had happened in life and afterlife for their souls to be separated in seeming punishment while he rested in fools’ paradise; but now that he has his lover in his arms, just a breath away from tasting him again and again and again, he cannot find it in himself to care, not now.
"You spoke of how you must kiss me," he says, close enough to taste the gasp from Achilles' parted mouth, "well, my Achilles, I must have you."
Or, reunion sex.
