Summary
As insane as it made him sound (and for him to admit that was really saying something), he could see it. He could see a future where this stomach stopped being the surface he squished his head against at night when he couldn’t sleep, where he would willingly give up his favorite pillow for nine months to feel it grow taut under his touch. The kind of future that would add even more marks to skin that’d stretched out more times than it could count, and the newest marks would be his favorite, because he’d know those marks came from him.
