It's Albus and Scorpius' Seventh and final year at Hogwarts School of Wizardry and Witchcraft and Harry Potter pays the two young Slytherins a visit to remind his son how important it is to focus on his school work in such an important year. Harry ends up telling Albus not to let anyone corrupt him and Albus finally stands up to his father's blind hatred of his best friend. - his Scorpius.
After his father leaves, Albus does his absolute best to comfort his Scorpius as the young Malfoy worries he has done exactly what Harry feared, corrupted his Albus. Basically, Scorbus are adorable and they comfort one another.

Upon the return to their time after the events of Hallow’s Eve in Godric’s Hollow, Draco Malfoy finds Albus and Scorpius’ wands in Delphi’s pocket and discovers the engravings that Scorpius cut into his wand. While talking to Scorpius about these marks on his wand, Draco realises that his son has been struggling a lot more than he’s let on.
Basically, Draco talks to both Albus and Scorpius about the impressions on Scorpius’ wand, while Albus and Scorpius confront their relationship and talk about the lasting marks they've left on one another (and on their wands).

And while he sat there and watched this scene, Harry wondered how he'd ever thought it would be a good idea to separate them.
After returning to the proper timeline, Scorpius collapses, Albus freaks out, and somewhere in the mix, Harry and Draco make a start to repair their relationship for the sake of their kids

The argument died on Albus' lips as one of the boys tugged up Scorpius' sleeve like it was some grand reveal. And all at once, every single one of them froze. Because what they had found was arguably worse than a dark mark. Albus would rather it be a dark mark.
Albus and Scorpius are struggling their way through their third year at Hogwarts. Their lives aren't made any easier when a group of Gryffindor students decide to make it their duty to check that Scorpius hasn't inherited a dark mark like his father's.

It hurts most when they run into each other before Albus realises. When they’re on the stairs heading to their classes and Albus has his head ducked, focused on not tripping over steps, only to freeze when he realises Scorpius is only four steps in front of him.
It hurts most when Albus just freezes on those steps, gripping the stair railing and looking up at Scorpius with his mouth opened, like he wants to say something but the words never come.
It hurts most when Albus’ eyes lock with Scorpius’ and the blonde can see the pain and hurt swimming in his irises, the yearning and longing to speak.
It hurts most when Scorpius realises the shattering sound isn’t from the stairs moving but instead the sound of his heart breaking into dozens of pieces inside his chest as Albus snaps out of his stupor, rushing past Scorpius and fleeing without a single word spoke
