Harry and Kim have been on a stakeout for several days now. Kim can sleep anywhere, but Harry has slept a few hours at the most since they've started this. It's starting to become noticeable, so Kim suggests he do something to help himself relax.

Harry remembers, months afterwards, that Kim had believed in earnest that he was a full decade older than he actually was. At first he assumes that it was simply a mistake, but when he teases Kim about it he discovers that there's more to it then simply being bad with numbers.
