Even behind the metal bars in the lightless dungeon of the Shackling Prison, those bright eyes pierce through. Gold comes in many different shades, Dan Heng finds, but the amber in Jing Yuan’s eyes shines brighter and warmer than the Luofu’s artificial sun.
