Summary
What if instead of Buttercup and Westley, it was Steve and Bucky? A Princess Bride story as read (and made up) by Bucky Barnes.
I know the Princess Bride wasn't published until 1973 but poetic licence in this universe is a given.... :) As ever, comments and kudos are nice but don't feel pressured :)

Summary
Bucky Barnes is a hotshot developer who specialises in buying up land for practically nothing and developing towns and housing estates. His latest project involves buying up vast swathes of farming land in buttfuck Indiana, as Sam laughingly calls it, only Steve Rogers of Rogers Honey Farm, isn't selling. The farm belonged to his ma and Steve ain't going anywhere.
When multiple contract lawyers are sent packing with their tails between their legs, and in Clint Barton's case a recipe for a honey cake, Bucky has to decide exactly what he's going to do. He needs that farm in order for the project to be completed.
When he finds out who Steve really is, he has no option but to go and visit the farm .
