These are my first attempts at podfic, which I never thought I'd try. It's been a fun experiment! Expect rough patches and beginner's mistakes.

[Edit 07/28/25]: There's a run of five of these that I recorded on a night when my cat was being particularly loud and demanding. I've made every effort to excise the meows, but some may have escaped.

Andrew wants Fletcher more than he's ever wanted anyone. Which, it turns out, is a tremendously low bar.

    Summary

The ongoing skirmish between Lord Vetinari and the Times’ crossword compiler is well known, at least from Making Money onwards. In that book we learn that only five people in Ankh-Morpork know what a ‘pysdx’ is, namely: the Times’ crossword compiler; a Miss Grace Speaker (that selfsame crossword compiler); Lord Vetinari; Rufus Drumknott and the Curator of Ephebian Antiquities at the Royal Art Museum.

But who is to say that five people may not in fact be four, but three? And how does one fool the most perceptive man on the Disc? Unfortunately for Havelock, Lord Vetinari, he faces his greatest opponent: the only person on the Disc with the ability to breach all his carefully-crafted defences…

On the spn kink meme; "I really want a fic where Jared slowly hypnotizes Jensen and conditions him. Any kinks are good, with an emphasis on putting Jensen under via multiple sessions. Maybe he invites him over for a game once a week and works on inducting him then."

Carlos suspects, deep down, that this is a crucial aspect of the town's strangeness, the way that people and objects change while watching, while being watched; that he could know everything about Night Vale if he could just know this.

    Summary

"To observe, Mr. Holmes, an atrocious event preparing itself before your very eyes, and yet be powerless to avert it. Could anyone, any human being be placed in a more trying position?"

Holmes continued to fight the sensations that plagued him. Water rushed through his mind, and the cobwebs grew thick. He was somehow in a forest, and yet still in the same very room. Something was odd, because Watson seemed unchanged, and yet Holmes could still see him as a wolf-man with tentacles. Maybe it was his own burgeoning…. clairvoyance?
