Nothing but the sound of crashing waves and hazy mist fills the emptiness of this space. He lets out a breath as he gently taps the man’s shoulder. The biting cold on his fingertips warms a little on the soft wool of his sweater.
“Hello?” he whispers, as softly as he can.
A coastal road. The crash of waves. Sunflowers.
