Shouto’s heart nearly stops. It feels like glass shattering on a marble floor, the pieces going everywhere, poking, hurting, making him bleed. It’s different to say it during sex. There, anything goes.
Still, he can’t say no. That’s one of the things they’ve promised without ever speaking the words. He’ll never lie to Katsuki. He’ll never make him hurt.

Surrounded by a violent group, he had lost all hope when he had appeared and literally had swept him off his feet.
“Babe, you’re finally here! What’s up, extras? Say, baby boy, are these assholes bothering you, huh? Tell me, handsome, do I need to break a couple of bones for you?”
“N-No,” he had mumbled, silently pleading him to not let go, to help him get out of there.

“Easy,” he zeroes in, contemplating, and Shouto can’t quite decipher him anymore. “Split the food and go our separate ways. We never need to speak again. Deal?”
Shouto tips his chin up at the clouds. He blows out a breath, counting to seven. “Can I get two thirds?”

Or, Katsuki buys stupid Deku the best Christmas present of all time, learns to knit purely out of spite, debunks the (totally bullshit) sweater curse, and gains a boyfriend in the process.
